These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Mobile Gallery website, mobile application (if any), and any purchases made from us (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing, browsing, or using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

2. Products & Pricing

  • We may refuse or cancel any order for any reason at our sole discretion, including but not limited to: product availability, errors in product description or price, suspected fraud, or issues identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.

  • In the event that we cancel an order after your payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

We accept payments through the methods indicated at checkout. You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use any payment method(s) you employ. All transactions are secured via SSL encryption.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping costs and delivery timelines are estimates and are provided at checkout. These may vary based on your location and product availability.

  • You are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. Mobile Gallery is not liable for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

कानून द्वारा अनुमत पूर्ण सीमा तक, मोबाइल गैलरी, इसके निदेशक, कर्मचारी, या सहयोगी सेवाओं के उपयोग या खरीदे गए किसी भी उत्पाद से उत्पन्न होने वाले किसी भी अप्रत्यक्ष, आकस्मिक, विशेष, परिणामी या दंडात्मक नुकसान के लिए उत्तरदायी नहीं होंगे, जिसमें लाभ, डेटा या उपयोग की हानि शामिल है लेकिन यह सीमित नहीं है।

10. क्षतिपूर्ति

आप मोबाइल गैलरी और उसके सहयोगियों को इन नियमों के उल्लंघन या किसी कानून या किसी तीसरे पक्ष के अधिकारों के उल्लंघन से उत्पन्न होने वाले किसी भी दावे, मांग या क्षति (सम्यक वकील शुल्क सहित) से बचाने, क्षतिपूर्ति करने और हानिरहित रखने के लिए सहमत होते हैं।

11. शासी कानून एवं विवाद समाधान

इन नियमों की व्याख्या और निर्वचन भारत के कानूनों के अनुसार किया जाएगा, बिना उसके विवादास्पद कानून प्रावधानों के। इन नियमों या सेवाओं के आपके उपयोग से उत्पन्न होने वाले किसी भी विवाद पर मध्य प्रदेश के खरगौन में स्थित अदालतों का अनन्य अधिकार क्षेत्र होगा।
