At Mobile Gallery, we strive to ensure complete satisfaction with every purchase. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing returns and refunds for products bought from us, whether online or in-store. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms set forth below.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

We accept returns and offer refunds only under the following two specific conditions:

  • Defective Item: The product is damaged, faulty, or not working as intended upon receipt.

  • Wrong Product Delivered: The product delivered does not match the product you ordered.

Please Note: We do NOT accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind or accidental order.

  • Incompatibility with your device.

  • Minor cosmetic imperfections not affecting functionality.

  • Products damaged due to misuse, accidental damage, or improper handling after delivery.

2. Return Request & Approval Process

To be eligible for a return, you must adhere to the following strict process:

Step 1: Initiate Request Within 48 Hours
You must notify us of your intent to return a defective or wrong product by emailing returns@mobilegallery.site within 48 hours of receiving the delivery. Please include your order number and a detailed description of the issue.

Step 2: Unboxing Video Requirement
Upon our initial email acknowledgment, you will be required to provide an unboxing video of the product in question. This video must clearly show:

  • The sealed/undamaged original Mobile Gallery package.

  • The uninterrupted unboxing process.

  • A clear view of the product, its serial number (if any), and the specific defect or the mismatch with your ordered item.

  • The video must be sent to the same email within 24 hours of our request.

Step 3: Return Shipping
After your claim and video are approved,  you’re responsible for securely packing the product (with all original accessories, boxes, and manuals) and arranging and paying for the courier to ship it to our address:

3. Refund Process

Once we receive the returned product, our team will conduct a thorough inspection and verification against your claim and the unboxing video.

  • If Approved: The refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-8 business days of successful verification.

    • Shipping Cost Reimbursement: As a gesture of goodwill, we will reimburse the standard return shipping cost borne by you, subject to a maximum of ₹50. This amount will be added to your final refund. To claim this, you must provide a clear copy/photo of the original courier receipt along with the return shipment.

  • If Rejected: If the product is found ineligible (no defect found, damage due to customer misuse, missing components, etc.), it will be shipped back to you at your cost, and no refund will be issued. The shipping reimbursement will also not apply.

4. General Conditions

  • All products must be returned in their original condition: unused, with all tags, labels, accessories, and original packaging intact.

  • We recommend using a trackable and insured courier service for the return shipment. Mobile Gallery is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.

  • Refunds (including the shipping reimbursement) will be credited only after the returned item has been received and inspected.
